All services are provided directly by independent service providers. FindAService does not supervise, direct, control, or monitor a provider's work, methods, schedule, or performance. Any agreement for services is solely between the client and the provider.
FindAService does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any provider. Any ratings, reviews, or verification badges are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute certification or endorsement.
Service providers registered on FindAService are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of FindAService. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between FindAService and any user (client or provider).
Providers retain full control over when, where, and how they perform their services. FindAService does not set rates, hours, or working conditions for providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law:

Users may leave reviews following completed bookings. Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on genuine experience. FindAService reserves the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these Terms. We do not edit or moderate the substance of genuine reviews.
FindAService encourages users to resolve disputes directly. While we may offer tools to facilitate communication, we are not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
FindAService provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or services available through it.

FindAService does not store full payment card details and is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.

FindAService shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, or regulatory changes.
FindAService may offer subscription-based plans (including but not limited to "Pro" plans) that provide enhanced visibility or features for service providers.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly), as selected during signup. By subscribing, you authorise FindAService (via its payment processor, Stripe) to automatically charge your selected payment method at each renewal period unless cancelled.
Where a free trial is offered, users may access subscription features for a limited period without charge. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial expires.
FindAService may require a valid payment method to activate a free trial. No charge will be made until the trial ends, unless otherwise stated.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time unless required by applicable law.

Subscription plans provide access to platform features only. FindAService does not guarantee leads, jobs, revenue, or any specific business outcome.
All subscription services relate solely to visibility and access within the platform. FindAService does not act as an agent, broker, or representative of service providers and does not participate in or guarantee any transactions between users.
Subscription status, billing, and access to features are determined based on system records generated by our payment processor (Stripe) and associated webhook events. These records constitute the authoritative source for billing status, including successful payments, renewals, cancellations, and failures.
Access to subscription features may be granted, limited, or removed automatically based on payment events, including but not limited to:
Users acknowledge that there may be short delays between payment processing and platform access due to system processing times.
If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or card provider, FindAService reserves the right to:
We are not responsible for any fees, penalties, or consequences imposed by financial institutions as a result of chargebacks.
Users agree that transaction logs, invoices, and webhook event records provided by Stripe may be used as evidence in the resolution of disputes.
Payments made to FindAService for subscriptions or platform-related services are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a subscription purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract.
However, by activating a subscription or free trial that converts into a paid plan and using the platform services immediately, you expressly request the early performance of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be reduced or lost once the service has been fully performed.
FindAService provides digital platform access and visibility services. Once these services have been activated or used, they are considered to have commenced performance.
Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, in limited circumstances such as:

We do not provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with outcomes, including but not limited to lack of leads, bookings, or business results.
